If, and big fuckin if, Hegseth gets more than a slap on the wrist, he’s going to get book deals and media appearances the rest of his life. What broke the actual criminal hold on Chicago wasn’t “tax fraud,” it was repealing prohibition. Almost like locking figureheads up does jack shit, and actually legislating away systemic issues does infinitely more. Go figure.
