Except for when I switch my headphones to another device that uses the 3.5mm, or if I switch from in-ear to over-ear, if if I want to plug my phone into my stereo. In all those cases I have to move the dongle around.
You shouldn’t need dongles to use headphones. There is no rational reason a phone can’t have a headphone jack, it’s just Apples insanity spreading to the rest of the phone manufacturers.
I say we let him and the Citibank executives figure it out in a closed door meeting. He can keep the gun for negotiation purposes.
All that redistricting really just dug the whole further for them didn’t it.
I think it should be 100% for all wealth above $5,000,000
Banning books is what fascists do.
Until I unplug the headphones to use an AUX port in my car. Or switch between my in-ears and over-ears. Headphones jacks are tiny and useful, and they should be included.
Needing a dongle to plug headphones into your phone is the kinda shit Apple wants people to think is normal, but is actually insane.
That’s just more shit to carry. I don’t want to have pockets overflowing with dongles.
I’m holding out for a 2027 Moto G.
Gonna have to start pulling out the phrase “Splish splosh bitch” I. Daily conversation, it just sounds so good.
Ahh yeah, get that disc into that cone
Ahh, I always just light mine on fire. I like the charcoal flavor.
The board sizes remained pretty much the same though, a pi 5 can fit in lots of 3b project without huge changes.
I think moving away from the standard board size would kinda defeat the purpose. All the projects designed to fit the Pi formfactor would be useless. They’d have to design a whole new line, and have none of the ecosystem they’ve built to support it.
The parts SBCs use have been hit the hardest in terms of price increases. And mini PCs aren’t a good replacement for the Pi in embedded applications.
The real power of the Pi 5 is as is a testbed that can easily convert to the CM5.
For people using them as small computers they make no real sense though
Glad I bought several when they were <$100
Twice, and since the effect was zilch, I’ll say that’s pretty much doing nothing
They didn’t do shit last time. Which frankly is what they’ll probably do this time
Its not about “getting even”, its about ensuring these people don’t have an ounce of political power going forward. We cannot allow them back in government.
I did not realize that, but it also has no real bearing on my point. In a society where those in power face no real consequences from those they have power over, violence is inevitably. We will see more of this as days go on. Its not my intention to make a hero out of the gunman, but rather to remind myself that those in power are the ones that perpetuate this system of violence.
