    You were being pedantic about convicted vs liable. I was suggest you instead be pedantic about adjudicated vs convicted. I don’t trust people to interpret “liable” in earnest in this context. Saying that he is an adjudicated rapist more directly states a judge [in a court of law] declared that he is guilty of rape [after being presented with evidence and testimony, without incorrectly implying that he was convicted of a criminal charge.

      Whatever, I’m not going to argue with you about this anymore. You can say adjudicated or liable or guilty, just don’t say convicted because has has yet to face criminal charges. The dozens of victims spanning decades have yet to see justice and see this monster put on trial for his actual crimes of rape and sexual abuse.

      Those people he hurt are owed justice which is why I said he hasn’t been convicted yet.

          Rapist pedophile is a fine phrase to use for the guy. The people splittin hairs or being weird about it are being disingenuous and already made up their mind that the girls are lying to ruin his career. No need to cater to those losers.
