yeah but we can just close those loopholes. like let them deduct taxes they pay elsewhere but they still have to pay the tax. that one rule if they do business or live in your country then they actually are kinda incentivized to operate in the highest tax region.
not needed. just taxes. that is all you need. regulation do which is a criminalize type thing.
There are so many ways for the rich to evade taxes that new laws are definitely needed even if we finally decide to tax the rich.
if they evade laws what keeps them from evading these other theoretical ones?
