Yes people regularly call me MacGyver in my job to this day because of being crafty about finding solutions with what we have on hand. Never heard of air wolf in Europe.
Kind of agree, zombies are scary because they are relentless and numerous, shouldn’t necessarily need to also be overpowered…
Well I’m glad I have that gene then!
Yeah I’ve not tried any super hot peppers in raw form yet, only reasonable ones, but I know that’s the hardest you can get. I could be tempted into trying although so far on this journey I’ve mostly been enjoying making my regular food spicy, because I’m the only one in the family that likes it the sauces are handy for that. I’m mostly looking for the extra flavour/feeling not necessarily taking it as a challenge if you know what I mean.
Honestly I’ve been getting super into spicy food the last couple of years and growing my tolerance a lot, to the point I’m now easily chomping down on California reapers based sauces and this just doesn’t seem to be an issue for me at all, the going out part never seemed to be affected?

In some European countries we can put stickers on the mailbox which indicates if you want to receive ads or magazines (like from shops with discounts). It gets mostly respected afaik.
Yeah resting between sets is unavoidable, I don’t even see how anyone could not have any rest periods between lifts. I guess they mean they get distracted scrolling and rest way too long. Personally I rest 1 to 3 minutes between sets while I adjust weights etc, but I also work out at home so I’m not exposed to it becoming an issue.
