It’s a problem with human greed, not AI. If we didn’t have greedy oligarch parasites then AI wouldn’t be nearly as much of a problem. NIMBYism is destroying the future of the USA.

Good, get him the fuck out of here and raise taxes on the wealthy immediately.

The AI bubble won’t last much longer.

Smart, I would do something similar, except was thinking ducks depending on the area. Pig farming seems less profitable.

If someone is already using AI at work then it’s already done, the company doesn’t need to hire anyone new if they have their existing employees using AI. They are requiring each employee to work harder using AI so they don’t have to hire anyone else, shutting everyone out, and now we are beginning to see layoffs at various tech/finance companies.

Speak for yourself.

Capitalism is irrelevant in this case. The productivity of someone educated with the skill to build goes beyond the idea of capitalism.

To be very clear, this will not last much longer. We need paid training programs for construction and trade skills.

This is what winning the AI race looks like.

I really have no idea why they did they, I agree we should get rid of presidential pardoning power. We should have gotten rid of it after Nixon.

Judge me all you want and downvote with your bot net, it’s meaningless.

I get my news from many sources, I know about the No Kings protests. They pale in comparison to what’s happening somewhere like Paris. If a protest is inconsequential, then it means very little, people go about their day.

That’s starting to feel by design.

Just like most technologies, they aren’t all bad or all good. In this case it’s been good.

This is another reason why I’ve reduced my dependency on AI considerably over the past few weeks, and I no longer personally pay for any AI tools/services at all.
It’s insane to think someone would pay for something and after using it for a couple days they get told they can’t use it for certain things anymore.

Indeed.

Made me laugh, good one thanks. 😂

I’m not outraged because I never plan on paying for it. I love buying things in bulk in advance, preparing my own food, much cheaper.

This guy has become terrible at hiding what his true intentions are. The CEOs want to deny people power so they can hold it over others. It will not work, and local models under 100B are already capable of automating some very powerful tasks.
This is going to be a trend, and why I think the IPO for Anthropic is ridiculous. Competition is massive, there is no moat.
