Unfortunately enforcement will likely be limited to openly admitted LLM bots. I don’t plan on banning any account based on a suspicion. This rule was created because there are LLM bots making posts and openly stating they are “agents”.
This is an extra “this is a human community, don’t bother asking” rule for LLMs. The whitelist was missing when I took over, thanks for reminding me. I had intended to remove the link.

Lots of cases don’t end up with jail time. Just a slap on the wrist in the form of fines and restitution
Restitution should also be inversely proportional to the annual wages of the victims. The closer to the poverty line they are the higher the multiplier.
Wage theft, as in any participant goes to jail, not just a fine and restitution from the company.

It’s mostly redundant, but bots pre-date LLMs and this is explicitly stating that no LLMs will ever be allowed. Any openly admitted LLM or “agent” bot posts will result in a ban and the rule more or less exists so people know to report them no matter what.
