Nice will give it a go then. Ty :)

the 55-year-old Aiwanger had planned to make a speech Wednesday afternoon at the opening of a Berlin office of his party, the Free Voters, but pulled out of the event for health reasons.

“pulled out of the event for health reasons” but apparently didnt feel the need to go to the hospital. Idiot until the end.

Seen it before but havent tried it. Does it support livekit calls i.e. element-call?

Would be hyped if the same was announced for Element Desktop. That one is a resource hungry electron blob if ive ever seen one.

Which is a comic series/author right?

As long as they use only software that works cross platform, they will have very low switching costs if they do eventually decide to move to linux.

Traffic data needs to be live, so that means constantly downloading the data for your current location which leaks your location all the same.

I assume this is different to newpipe in an important way though. Newpipe is one-way, you just download video files through it. But in this case you effectively need to send your location to someone or its not gonna be able to supply you with information about traffic close to you.

Yeah exactly, why is only the left fish sticking out in my screenshot and the right one is cut off?

Seems a bit too good to be true tbh. There is a lot of hologramming going on outside of the device in the provided video. Like waaay outside of it. Seems a bit sus.

Like yeeaahh suuure, thats totally what its gonna look like…

Long Island belongs to the Ratking you crumbums

for everyone who greenlit this

As in the people who decided that this project should be put in action yeah

For google its a slap on the wrist, for a construction contractor you might just bankrupt them out of existence with a big enough fine.

Did you see the size of that forest? Nothing small-time about that. 330 hectar, 250000 trees. Of course going after google has priority, but companies need to be scared to do things like this without checking very thoroughly that they are allowed to do it, otherwise anyone can just do anything and claim ignorance afterwards. There should be prison time for everyone who greenlit this.

Anything except for actual cunts

Honestly go after the contractors that did the clearing too. They should know that this kind of thing requires permits and google clearly didnt show them any proof of those.

I wish chinese phones were easy to unlock and flash with custom roms. Sadly you need to install a closed source windows based app with root permissions to unlock most of them if even possible at all.

Its open source so you can just do it, but the idea is that you should pay the dev to change it.

Ew, cloudflare. Do better.

I mean its definitely not just a few. Probably >50 anime/manga/lewd communities. I know because im subscribed to half of em. Would be nice if lemmy got community groups that you can bulk follow/block.
