I don’t know how common it is, but while growing up, I often heard from adults that a girl becomes a woman with her first period.

It does matter. A lot. If it was only about displacement, air-filled balloons would fly. Hell, water balloons would fly.

Problem is, there may be hidden limitations to how you can use the service.

And so far the worst thing I read was ToS of student-run network provider at the dormitory of University I went to, which stated that in case of suspicion the user is required to allow access to his/her computer. If refused, it would be treated as a confirmation of the suspicion, and the result could be disciplinary action from the University.
And the full rules were so tight you basically immediately broke them by connecting to the network.

When I asked about it, they assured me those rules are never actually imposed, but nah.

In my country sugar has a tax on it. Making products with sugar even more expensive.

Are you from Slovakia? We have a 5% tax on basic food, while 23% on sugary food.

Anyway, my go-to is paper towels, cotton swabs and isopropyl alcohol.

Alternatively, if it’s a flat surface I may just stick it over with some tape. The glue will make additional mess, but that’s a problem of future me, and at least I won’t have to care about it now.

why not host your own

I’ll first have to research how, but at no point will I consider myself as reliable as some professional provider like Cloudflare.
On the other hand, Cloudflare is kind of becoming the internet with all the centralization. Imagine if Cloudflare and AWS completely went offline at the same time. The internet would be fairly quiet.

I plan to perhaps, just maybe, I am not sure, to try self-hosting an email server. But I’ll need a good uptime.
Although I am really scared about security.

It’s either a phone or a radio/speaker. Sometimes a portable CD player with aux cable.
