Would be curious what this data would look like in the US - a lot of states have a fairly high number of small farms (I think a sizable portion of us have gone apple picking at least once in our life) while 99% of farm animals are factory farmed in the US
I suspect it would be a similar distortion since farms are so visible while factory farms are rather hidden from the public.
I actually managed to run back into something similar that I had seen previously

Yep, it is just shy of 99% in the US. For some specific farm animal it’s even upwards of 99.9%
