It’s a parametric plot of an object that goes from straight down at 0.5 units, then expands to 3 units in a 45° upright angle.

originally I parameterized r as r(t) = (1-t)lenght_0 + t * lenght_1, but then I subbed t in because it doesn’t actually start at zero, which made it ugly
