4 days agoThis is the honest but scary take. If you follow other regimes around the world, waiting until martial law is far too late. Your ability to move unrestricted is generally impeded by that point.

I disagree.
The article you linked is about Reddit. We aren’t Reddit. If it was drawing direct comparisons between us and Reddit, I’d allow it, but it’s just about Reddit and there are other more Reddit-centric communities where this would be a better fit.

Every state office in Texas flipped last night. Texas is a blue state now. They’re ALL gone. Governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, railroad commissioner (yes this matters), Supreme Court justices. If they were up for reelection, they got beat last night by democrats.
