IF Dems can do something AND if Trump and the rest of the fascists continue to screw up as badly as they have, we MIGHT end up with the ability to make a difference in two years. But do remember to temper your enthusiasm with the knowledge that the oligarchs are throwing money at establishment Democrats.
Celebrate the day. I am. I’m hopeful we’ll see some good things. But two years is a long time for the fascist propaganda machine to preach defeatism.
(Why is what I’m saying not defeatism? I’m recognizing what’s going to happen and trying to remind us all to hold strong, fight for the Dems to get shit done, fight against the misinformation and lies we know will be coming)
