2·10 days agoOlder post but it’s popping up on the Active feed. I use DoneTick and Home Assistant. DoneTick is the chore/task manager, and Home Assistant sends the notifications
11·14 days agoAll nine of the Six Flags coasters… feature similar clamshell restraints that sit at the top of a vertical bar between each rider’s knees. The bar locks a padded restraint into place over the rider’s lap and upper legs.
Thinking back to theme park visits from my childhood, I had never thought to myself that more was needed then the big clunky hardware holding us in. I fully support adding seatbelts on top of this, and the article says there are a lot of rides across the country down for maintenance now, likely to do the same.
