The cat has had cataracts all his life. They have gotten worse over 9 years. He has always been a very up in your face cuddly cat, I think because of the cataracts and being unable to see from a distance. He also fights with the younger cats a lot.

I mean as we grow older we earn the right to yell at all the damn things that aren’t as they should be, it just comes with age you know. Also, damn young cats, they don’t know how good they have it! It used to be peaceful before they came around!

The dog now lives with a lot of cats, the youngest is a little over 2 and was borderline feral when I rescued him. He wakes up choosing violence. Because of him and all the other cats getting in her face, she has a short temper with them all. She is overall very gentle, but when they poke her face, or bat at her tail she snaps at them.

Not having any of that shit. I can respect that too. Imagine living together with seven cats half your size, you’d be pissed off a lot too. XD

And then they developed some really bizarre games together. Like the cat would stick his head into the dog’s mouth and let him slobber all over his head, then he’d pull his head out and hang by his front claws from the dogs jowels. They were both fine with this.
