I’ll even add that it’s not as straightforward as “blue collar physical, white collar mental.” Shitty blue collar jobs could mean no time at home, verbal abuse from the boss, and just generally dealing with the “blue collar culture” of sex jokes and misogyny. And that doesn’t even include the possibility of ptsd from seeing a coworker get fatally injured.

I know racism or bigotry isn’t based in fact, but I cannot understand how eugenics is even supposed to work. Even if “bad” was a genetic quality, wouldn’t it be diluted as it passes down? Human offspring don’t become an arbitrary percentage more of all of their qualities. Like, under any level of scrutiny, even not knowing how genes work at all, I don’t understand how people believe it.

I don’t even get why democrats are releasing anti-trans ads (I mean, I do, and it’s because all the political advisors say it’s a divisive issue despite having no evidence of that). Like, even if they don’t care about trans rights at all, they can just make ads that don’t mention it. It can only hurt them for taking a diet republican side on an issue because it can alienate their more left voters. If AIPAC can be smart enough to promote a progressive and split the progressive vote in a primary, why can’t democrats be smart enough to realize that anti-trans ads can only hurt them?

Okay, so what’s the actual plan? This is just more of the same. All anyone has done is reinforce my initial point.

“Overthrow your government” and “simply have a better government” are not solutions. They’re wishes. Nothing resembles a concrete plan to make an actual change. My statement stands.

Can you read? I clearly said that I’d rather have 0% hitler. You, and everyone else, has provided no solution to bringing in the zero genocides guy. Until then, this all just validates my point of: this post is a circlejerk to make you feel better.

Absolutely. That’s why I include voting in primaries. I’d rather us have 0% hitler. But when the two choices (in practice) are 100% hitler and 99% hitler, I’d still prefer to have 1% less hitler. And it shouldn’t mark someone as 100% hitler to feel that way.

The comic? No. But I can see the sentiment based on the comments of the post.

This post is just a circlejerk to make you (the community in general) feel better. It’s not centrist or far-right to reasonably think third parties have little chance in national elections. Start with your local elections and get progessives in or even run yourself if you care so much.
